Troubled booking and location.
Where do I start?! Hotels.com have the wrong address for this hotel. It took us two hours to get here which should of only been a 20 minute taxi. Then when we arrived the owner denied having any affiliation with Hotels.com and said our booking was not valid! All this at 10pm after a long flight. After 30 minutes of reasoning and showing the owner the details they let us stay. After that he was very kind and went to find us food even after everything had closed for the night. The hotel is beautiful with big, clean rooms and a gorgeous view of the ocean. But it’s hard to say we enjoyed our time because of the trouble we had finding our way there. I’ve used Hotels.com all over the world for the last five years and never had a problem before. So in short. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay. BUT do not book through Hotels.com as it will lead to a lot of trouble.
