Great aesthetic. Bad service. Good cafe.

Exceptional 10.0
Housekeeping took the tip we left but didnt' clean the room. When we called down to have the room cleaned (fresh towel, etc..) after 5pm when we got back to the room, they did come up to do it but then they left a pile of dirty linens. However the gal at the front desk personally came up to deal with this...and she was so kind and nice... the rest of the days we did not have them clean the room so I don't know if this was a fluke event or not. Also--the mini fridge did not work to keep anything cold

Beautiful hotel but quite noisy! The street noise kept me up all hours of the night.

Room to small. The one chair low and very uncomfortable. Person at desk told us we should have got a studio rather than a Premier King. Impressed with lobby, etc.

Very Good 8.0
Cool decor, but overpriced
Great location, cool decor with a nice lobby and coffee shop. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. On the flip side, it could’ve been cleaner. Its the only hotel I've ever stayed at that didn’t leave body wash and the shampoo bottle was broken (you do not receive travel size toiletries.) To then have to pay an amenities fee was frustrating, considering it actually lacked amenities. Overall, the value equation was off.
