Disaster.
Short and sweet. The Friday night we arrived at the Guild started with no communication on how to access our unit. A security guard finally saw us in the lobby trying to figure out what to do and got us in. Ended up having no further support because The Guild was going out of business/Bankrupt. We roughed it out because at least our room key worked. Couldn't get any help at all. Our room looked like it had been cleaned before we arrived. No extra blankets no extra towels one key card for 6 days and that's it. We managed to enjoy Miami anyway. Be careful out there.
