Hotel was reasonably priced and suited our needs. They accidentally overbooked for our first night, they moved us to another hotel across the street, covered our stay there and we didn’t have to pay for the night with them, so I felt like that was a reasonable outcome, although it was slightly frustrating as we were just arriving. I did forget my AirPods at the hotel and didn’t realize this until they called while I was boarding our plane home. They said they could ship them back to me. However, when I received the email from a third party vendor, it is going to cost me $45-$90 to ship them back. I am inquiring with the third party company as to why the shipping costs are so high. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, I would stay again, just a few hiccups.
