Power was out periodically. Seemed to be a problem in the area, but would've been nice to be warned. Window in bathroom falling out making temperature regulation difficult. Otherwise great.

Experience not Good!!! took pictures of all the bad things in the room, A/C leaking onto bed, spider webs above the bed, the bed sheets with blood stains, bathroom dirty and the faucet was broken, the TV did not work! spoke with Juan Carlos at the front desk and told him how disappointed I was.

Had a little hiccup at check in, but the property manager-Juan Carlos - immediately called to apologize and gave us a free upgrade to a larger room right across ours. Loved our stay there with street parking easily available. The fact that they have a 24 hour supermarket available within walking distance and restaurant called Bebo’s with superb Puerto Rican cuisine makes us look forward to another stay there

DO NOT STAY HERE! There are bed bugs! My friends and I stayed in room 21. Very scary to think that we can bring them home with us. Also cleaning service was terrible. After having 3 days with the sign that we wanted our room to be cleaned, we had to call to get our room cleaned. DO NOT STAY HERE!
