Don't stay, it's not safe!
While the room in itself was nice, there was a night club right across the road that played blaring music late on Friday anf Saturday nights. Not central and a good walk away from the main sights. Staff are barely there. The worst part is that my passport went missing from the room. I had to go and pay for emergency documents. Almost 2 weeks after it went missing, Anna messaged me to say the restaurant downstairs had found it and kept it all this time. I asked her to return it to the Embassy and said I would need to let the police know as I had to report it missing. She then became very defensive asking why I need to tell the police and why does my passport need to be returned. She then said I was an aggressive person and didn't deny that the passport had been taken from my room. This place is not safe and I would avoid it at all costs.

Our stay here was good and we would recommend it. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the TV did not work properly neither did the jacuzzi bath. We never met any of the staff during our stay although Andrea was extremely helpful over the phone.

Fabulous room. Small but beautifully designed. Shower room was superb. Room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We arrived late but had instructions via WhatsApp which was very easy. Very well located just 5 mins walk from the Spanish steps and easily walkable to all other sights. Fabulous stay

Hôtel bien placé et confortable
C’est un hôtel un peu particulier car il n y a pas d équipe sur place ! L’hôte d accueil nous a donné des conseils pour les visites ainsi qu’un petit plan très utiles, l’accueil a été très sympathique. L’hôtel est bien placé nous avons effectué toutes nos visites à pied. En moyenne 10km par jour vous pouvez faire le tour de Rome sur 4/5 jours. Le jacuzzi est très grand. La literie est très confortable (matelas king size et oreiller tout deux à mémoire de forme) Rapport qualité prix excellent, comparé aux autres établissements 5 étoiles si vous n avez pas besoin de services (comme les petits déjeunés, restaurent ou bar)
