We love the coziness of the bar/restaurant area. We also enjoyed a hot tub on the rooftop before bed! So fun to be out there when it’s snowing! The main desk people were very friendly and helpful! The host as we put our name in for dinner, not so much. Only other downside is that the walls are quite thin. Every time a door would close, the mirror in the bathroom would rattle. There were doors slamming and vacuums blaring on our floor at 9:15 Sunday morning.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Crosby and I enjoyed it just as much as the first. The staff were great. The room was clean and looked nice. The roof top hot tub was perfect under the snow. Couldn’t have asked for a better staycation. Already looking forward to my next stay!
