First of all this this any family worst nightmare.
We arrived at the hotel 10 hours,flight.
When we got there it was about 9.30 am local time,I went and asked if they got my reservation,no one could speak English.
So after a few minutes,they brought me someone who could speak a little bit of English,and told me the room is not ready before 11am.
We sat in the reception,the baby sleeping,then after an hour the same guy came and ask me,how many people are staying,the number of nights and how much I've been quoted? I showed the email confirmation,and I told him he should have the same one.
Few minutes later the baby woke up,and needed the toilet,I went and asked him if I could use the toilet,he told me ,no toilet only in the room.
Someone else was watching he understood,then he took me to the staff toilet.
Half an hour later,another guy came,this is now around 12:30pm,he told me sorry there has been a mistake,they were overbooked,and there is no room for us.
But they found another room for 150 Euros,if I was interested.
I showed him the email confirmation,he said to me ,this is nothing,also there is no way you can get that price on a Friday.
Also he said to me what's the big deal,as I haven't made any payment yet.
I demanded to speak to the manager,he told me,that the manager will tell me exactly the same thing.
I couldn't believe my ears.
We left the hotel and sat outside in the street with the baby very tired,until we found another family room in a hotel next doo.
