    I would like to mention two points 1. I communicated with the property manager through both Expedia and private emails. As I will touch down in Heathrow at around 0615, I expect to reach the property at around 0900. I asked if I could have an early check in if there's no one staying the day before but it wasn't properly replied. I was given the standard phrasing like 'you may leave your luggage after 1130 when the cleaning lady is in and actual check in should be 1500 onwards'. When the property owner emailed me saying that a potential buyer will be viewing the property on 19 Mar 1600 and asked if I allowed them in, I replied that I do not mind but do ensure that my stuff are well taken care of. As I am not oblige to let them in, I wanted to strike the early check in deal again but this was entirely ignored and the property manager gave me a standard reply as before. 2. On the day of arrival, I texted the property manager (they mentioned on their check in sheet that I could text them) but again there was no reply. I have to wait at a Cafe in Euston station for close to 2 hours. After I went up, the cleaning lady was there and I left my baggage in the apartment. At night, when I returned, and as I am not used to UK door system, I am not able to open the front door. I quickly texted and made a call to the property manager but again there's not reply. The following morning, I saw from WhatsApp that my have been read (blue-ticked) but they didn't bother to reply me.

    Fuss-Free Apartment

    Location was excellent and amenities were adequate. The washing machine was a life-saver as we were staying in London for almost two weeks. Check-in was easy and I really appreciate the assistance given over the phone whenever I needed help. I loved this apartment far better than other hotels I have stayed in London so far. Easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and trains. Not recommended for the elderly or people with disabilities though, as there were no lifts. Not an issue for me since we stayed at the highest unit which is only at the 3rd storey.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    I booked a 3 night stay. On the day of check in, I received a message from the property demanding a 300 GBP deposit, a payment which they take *outside* of HotelsDotCom's system. You cannot check in unless you pay this deposit. I have been booking accommodation in London every week for the past 18 months; nobody else has ever asked for such a deposit. The booking fee is non-refundable according to their T&Cs; given that I had already paid more than the deposit amount for the booking, I reluctantly paid the deposit and checked in to the apartment. The apartment itself is small and basic. A lot of noise from the street. Bedroom and bathroom are in a basement that smells of damp and soil. Broken wi-fi. The following morning, I was awoken by loud, urgent, persistent banging on the front door, window and letterbox. I didn't answer the door. When I later left the apartment, I found a card had been posted through the letterbox from a bailiff company, to the effect of: "Contact us within 24 hours or we're going to perform a clearance". I took all of my belongings with me when I left that day, for fear of coming back in the evening to find that bailiffs had removed my belongings along with the rest of the contents of the flat. I cancelled the remainder of my stay and received a refund for the two unused nights. However, despite all their assurances from that my 300 GBP would be refunded within 10 days, it still has not been refunded 6 weeks later. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    Excellent apartment in a great location.

    So accessible. Around a minute from Euston station. Excellent customer service, received a call and with very clear instructions as to how to locate the property and the keys ahead of my arrival. Very clean property; warm with central heating (important in mid-winter) and fully kitted out with everything you'd need. Probably the nicest apartment I've stayed in at this price point. Would definitely use again.

    This is a fantastic place to stay if you are visiting London. The location is very central and the property is modern, comfortable and very spacious. The cost of my stay was less than I was quoted for a room in one of the anonymous, plastic chain hotels nearby. I loved the atmospheric rumble of the tube trains passing underneath as well as the fact that the flat is so convenient for public transport. Naturally, there is a deposit to pay in addition to the rental but this was refunded in full after a few days of my leaving.

    Convenient & spacious, 3 min from Euston Station. However, have a night pub on the same street, feel unsecured when go back to Apartment at night. In addition, heard the people noise from street & trains passby sound in bedtime.
