Louisville

overall, our stay was good. there was a bit of a problem with the shuttle a couple times. The airport pickup was botched...waited a long, long time & it became a blame game between the hotel desk person & the shuttle driver.This happened again later during our stay with a long wait at Churchill Downs. There was also a minor issue with getting the room serviced. Bottom line: we would stay there again.
