overall, happy with our stay. Check-in would have been a bit better if room had been ready just prior to 3pm (arrived at 230pm and room was not ready). At a bit past 3pm, I had to go check if room was ready (it was) instead of concierge letting me know, considering that we were waiting in hotel lobby.
