Staff very friendly, breakfast was typical of this level of hotel. Parking is difficult. The front entrance only has parking for handicap or special member hotel guests. Otherwise you have to park at the back. Great location

On two of our days, our rooms were not cleaned nor the towels replenished. On our last weekend day, on one of our rooms, the power and lights went out in the restroom when being utilized. Breakfast was a plus for our stay at this hotel. Staff were courteous and attentive.

Clean Rooms_Excellent Customer Service! We stayed in the 1 King Suite. It was much better than a single king room. The extra space with the sofa and chair added a nice touch and felt much less cramped. The continental breakfast was really good with a nice amount of options to include freshly (self-made) pancakes and waffles. Coffee was available 24/7. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Front desk was not that helpful and nice on our arrival, i called prior to arrival and the person I spoke to prior was nice and had tried his best to help me. When I got to the Hotel. I told her that I called and I asked to check in early so we can rest from our long trip from Hawaii but she keeps saying she can’t check us in because they’re full and had to wait for check outs. We stayed in the Lobby to wait. We see so many checked out already. And that was it not even a smile on her face. This was not a great experience. Hope they train their staff on how to be firm but friendly & helpful at the front desk.
