Exceptional 10.0
Lux stay in Ginza...
Arrived in Tokyo and the fact that the hotel is right across the sidewalk (5m) from a subway stop in Ginza was great. Friendly and helpful staff, super clean and sizable rooms, great condition, great bathroom and bed. I'll be staying here again just on this trip I was so impressed and will stay here next time I'm in Tokyo.

Great, modern rooms with convenient subway access
This was a beautiful, modern hotel located conveniently just steps from a subway entrance in the Ginza neighborhood. Our room was really comfortable and I particularly enjoyed the bathroom, which had an awesome shower and great lighting (the latter of which is surprisingly hard to find!) We didn't get the chance to try out any of the restaurants or bars offered within the hotel, but they have what appears to be a gorgeous outdoor champagne patio on the same floor as the lobby that I would love to check out if I ever have the chance to stay again.

Steps to Ginza
This was the best hotel we visited during our trip to Japan. It is in a convenient location near Yurakucho Station (JR) and Ginza Station (Tokyo Metro). Lots of great shopping, eats, and sightseeing around. Also just minutes from Tokyo Station to use the bullet trains. We had to cut our stay short due to an incoming typhoon as our flight got cancelled, but we plan to come back and stay here again when we return to Tokyo in the future.

Highly recommend, definitely will stay here again
Hotel is right across from Tokyu plaza, which has many popular restaurants and shops. Also right next to Ginza station exit C1, very convenient for getting around Tokyo. If arriving/departing Narita airport, there’s Access Narita bus stop nearby (1000yen/person, right outside of the elevator of Ginza station between exit C5-7), can’t beat the price and convenience for that. Front desk personnel are friendly and efficient at helping us finding solutions to our questions. The classy king room is clean and comfortable, so much so we don’t really want to leave the room.
