I couldn't check into this apartment and it wad sold to another owner. Hotels.com just keeps on dragging my refund. I even gave them the phone no of the new owner to confirm the fact but they just said that they could not get in touch with the ex owner. What a stupid actions! Please consider if you really want to book via this platform as you have no guarantee on your refund.
