Very easy self check-in, helpful host. Good location, next to underground station. The shower was blocked and water came outside flooding the bathroom. Quite an unpleasant smell as well in the bathroom.

Plus: - Gute Lage, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, schönes Haus - Großes Badezimmer mit super Dusche :-), Heißwasserversorgung top - Schöne Wohnung mit großem Fenster, viel Licht - Fußbodenheizung (allerdings mit für uns unverständlichem Thermostat) - Vermieter sehr gut erreichbar und auch bei Bedarf schnell vor Ort Minus: -Undichte Tür, nicht schließbare Badtür - Ziemlich hellhörig - z.T. sehr einfache Ausstattung: lose Regalbretter (!), Steckdose im Bad etwas locker und funktionierte nicht, Mobiliar allgemein eher wackelig und teilweise kaputt, nicht viel Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine offenbar älter (Filter musste festgehalten werden, während Kaffee durchlief), TV Fernbedienung war nicht vorhanden (aber sehr moderner Flachbild TV)
