The facilities were very good with the exception of the bed which is the worst in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Truly lumpy and soft in the extreme. We would avoid room 115 as it is very noisy due to being close to lobby. But cleanliness was very nice, great size room, wonderful ADA bathroom and the staff from Amy to Gabby to Bonnie and the guy at the restaurant saturday morning whose name I am ashamed to say I forgot. I had a text within 20 minutes of checking in asking if everything was all right and offered to move us but we were simply too tired so they did TRY and that is worth something. Breakfast buffet small but everything was there including fresh cantaloupe and strawberries and great self serve latte machine. Bread options, yogurt , cereals and juices. I might consider staying again if it were not for the bed. If all Garden Inns are this good they will be what I look for in any other town I visit. Corporate should know this staff is going above and beyond to do their jobs. They had a new computer system installed and did not get proper training and that is NOT their fault. Corporate - Please do something nice for these great people!
