We reached there at 9pm
Hotel staff refused to give room. Reason was no proper communication from OYO. Tried to contact OYO at that time but no response until next day morning.
Finally, after >90mints waiting, they allotted one room instead of two double rooms that even after mentioning I would take legal action
This incident put my family wife, two daughters and my mother in law in enormous stress and ruined our holiday
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I have recorded the conversation with the reception staff with the intention of proceed with a legal case
