Amazing indeed!

Amazing indeed, good food, excellent attention, excellent service especially by concierge Mr. Marcos Nanuk. I suggest maintenance on toys beside the house of glass. The lake was awesome, plenty of fish, awesome view, thank you for the perfect holidays with my family.

Tudo foi Excelente, comida, entretenimento, etc. Estivemos em um bloco novo e o unico problema é que estava tendo obras e o quarta tinha alguns detalhes, apesar de novo como ralo solto, etc. Tivemos um pequeno contratempo no checkin, pois quando chegamos nos foi dado a chave do quarto, mas ele não tinha cama nenhuma. Certamente uma falha de comunicação da equipe e tivemos que ir jantar e só depois ir para o quarto. Não esperava que isso fosse acontecer pelo valor e qualidade esperada do lugar.

Achei muito desorganizado o fornecimento da carne na chapa. O funcionário era bastante despreparo. Solicitei carne bem passada e as pessoas atrás de mim carne mal passada. Ele ficou atendendo todos que estavam atrás de mim e com isso a carne nunca ficava bem passada. Isso gerou tumultos desnecessários e muito desagradáveis. Culpa tototal do despreparo do funcionário.

Amamos o hotel. Fomos em família. Gostamos muito do espaço, que é gigantesco. Muita diversão dentro e fora das piscinas. Um abraço especial para recreação. A galera do tio Scooby é incrível, atenciosos e super divertidos. Comida boa e caseira, ambientes limpos e lindos. Só tenho uma coisa para pedir, acho que as camas mereciam um pilow top. O quarto 449 estava muito mofado, solicitei a troca e não foi feita, o vazo estava entupido e também solicitamos a troca e nada foi feito. Voltamos todos doentes devido a alergia respiratória em função do mofo. Da primeira vez que fomos o quarto estava com mofo leve, mas dessa vez estava impossível. Nunca mais volto.

Piorou bastante comparando da última vez que fui. Por mais de uma vez, tivemos que ficar em pé aguardando ter uma mesa para fazer as refeições (pelo valor pago é algo inadmissível); a água disponível durante as refeições era de temperatura ambiente e tiveram dias que acabou o gelo e não havia reposição (ou seja, sequer tinha água gelada para beber em alguns dias). A comida continua boa, embora não houvesse muita variedade. Os monitores são excelentes meus filhos de 08 e 11 anos gostaram bastante.

Quarto antigo. Barulho das funcionarias da limpeza as 7h da manha do sabado em frente ao nosso quarto nos acordou. Restaurante mediano. Faltavam funcionarios no bar da piscina (onde ficam as toalhas) no domingo. Funcionarios passando wap na area da piscina em pleno sabado 10h da manha. Esta muito mal administrado. Nao volto mais.

As piscinas são maravilhosas, limpas, espaçosas e com temperatura bastante agradável. Um reconhecimento para os salva-vidas, muito educados e atentos. Toda equipe da recreação e o staff das piscinas e do restaurante também muito atenciosos e simpáticos. No entanto, tivemos uma péssima recepção. No check in o time da recepção não foi nada agradável ou simpático, assim como todas as vezes que precisamos de assistência como na retirada de um medicamento e para ativação da chave que parou de funcionar. Além disso, pelo padrão que o hotel se vende e pelo valor, a cordialidade na chegada deixou a desejar, ficamos tomando chuva pois não havia um mensageiro com guarda chuva no lobby. Por último, as refeições foram decepcionantes. Filas intermináveis no almoço e jantar, itens que não eram repostos, poucas opções para crianças e recolhimento de itens antes do fechamento do restaurante. Os quartos são confortáveis (embora o cofre não funcionasse) mas os banheiros estão requerendo uma manutenção mais adequada, principalmente nos chuveiros. Esperava mais!
