Stayed a few nights in a double room. Was surprised to find not only a hair dryer but also hair straighteners and a large smart TV in the room. There was a bit of damp smell, but otherwise the room and the shared bathroom were clean. Location is good and still walkable, although not as central as the two other locations and MAKE SURE you know which of the three hostels you booked with.

Good place at a good price
Pretty good hostel. 20 minutes walk to the marina for boat trips and greyhounds. Staff are great. Our private room was nice although the shower wasnt enclosed so the entire bathroom got wet everytime we showered. No food or drink allowed in the rooms and they fine you if you do so keep that in mind. Food storage in the kitchen area is limited as the hostel is full of long term stays it’s very hard to find fridge space or dry storage space. They clear the common areas at midnight so bring earplugs for before then but after that you can get a good nights sleep which we appreciated. Overall pretty good place to stay.

The staff on reception were really helpful and friendly. More than willing to help me with my journey when I needed it. My only issue was it wasn’t that quiet as I was next to the shower block but luckily I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t keep me awake. I’m only mentioning it as I know some people are light sleepers. Overall I had no complaints and I would happily stay again
