The first day we arrived in Pattaya we rang the landlord, but The Hotel wouldn't respond, the landlord was avoiding a phone calls for no reason whatsoever, so we were stranded for the first day. We had to get a hotel for the night that cost is 700bht each. We managed to find the hotel the next day and he kept and changing his story on why he did not answer the phone, then he decided to charges 300bht each deposit and 300bht a day for electricity, the toilet facilities was appalling, and he was very rude to me travel companion.
