This property is an old Florida hotel with updated rooms. Beds are comfortable and large. Staff is friendly and the location is perfect.

smelly rooms and no cleaning
This is falsely advertised as a hotel. We had two reservations for several days.. on day two we asked for a cleaning of the room (since they did none).. and then by day three can we have a cleaning of the room.. they said no because we were leaving the next day even though we asked on day two. The rooms smells terrible.. whatever perfumes they are putting on the carpet smell awful and do not cover over the grime of the carpet. I don't know what kind of stuff they are using.. but its really not too much too ask them to take the garbage from the room and that I should be We would not stay here again. They left empty garbage bags so we could take out our own garbage. If they listed this as a condo it would be a different thing. this is not a hotel. I didn't go in the pool but other guests were complaining it was dirty and smelly.

Clean, great location, great price
This was a business trip and I usually stay at hotels but this seemed very reasonable for its proximity to the beach and bars - and it was. The rooms were really clean and the pool area was great. The outdoor furniture could use some TLC and wish they replaced the tub when they remodeled. But it was spotless, quiet, easy parking and 5 minute walk to everything. This is not a hotel - no lobby, daily service, bar or staff. But internet was solid and could do everything.
