Stayed here for a big volleyball tournament. The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Surrounding area was a little rough with the greyhound station being so close. The bistro down stairs was very slow took 50 minutes for a burger. Could have been the crowd that weekend?

extremely impressive facility, beautiful, clean, great rooms/bathrooms - modern, sleek. Great lobby. Just A+

Very Nice & Good Food
This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in in Dallas especially in the downtown district. On our first night we actually did not leave the hotel because my girlfriend was sick, but that didn't really put a damper on things at all. We had very good food from the hotel bar (and bistro the next day at lunch) which had great views of downtown. Also the location was very good as we were able to walk to many restaurants in the area and other attractions as well. I didn't necessarily like that we either had to park at a parking meter or pay 30 dollars each day to valet the cars, but then again it is downtown Dallas so that's just part of it (necessary evil I guess).

Go Elsewhere, A Modern Lackluster with $30 Valet
The valet service was rude and unhelpful, publicly Google maps states free parking and I feel valet isn't properly disclosed and it cost $30. Could not connect to WiFi. The room was clean and comfortable but the blinds are sheer, making sleep beyond sunrise impossible. I like the area, it is well lit at night but like many large cities homelessness is an issue and we were harassed by a few people when walking around the city.

The view from our room was horrible. I have never been a hotel room where you could look out and see into the next hotel’s rooms. Only 1 of the two elevators were working. The room overall was good and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
