Very enjoyable .. friendly staff Just not as many food options within hotel But main resteraunt was excellent

It’s new hotel and people so kind. And location is very convenient for shopping and close by sky train station.

I was eager to check out this new hotel and was not disappointed. Check in was smooth and I was greeted with friendly, smiling staff members. The rooms are appointed well, they're very clean, and spacious. The infinity pool and area is serene and waiters were attentive to any requests I had with towels, ordering food and drinks. My only complaint is the thermostats in the rooms. It's a "smart thermostat" which really means that no changes I made really affected the temperature of the room other than the fan speed. The room never seems to go below 22 degrees even though I had it on 20 no matter how long it ran. Also, if you go out of the room for an hour or two, the programmed temperature goes to 23. On hot Bangkok days, when you get back to your room, you want to be hit with cool air, not have to wait for it to cool down. The kind people at the front desk were very helpful and said that's the way it works, but sent a tech to "hack" the thermostat and override the programming. A hotel at this price point should not have these limitations in my opinion as many other cheaper hotels let you have full control of the AC. But other than that, everything else was great. The main restaurant for lunch was delicious and prices were very fair. I also enjoyed espressos at the lobby bar each morning..very convenient for business workers on the go who don't have time for a full sit-down breakfast. Wi-Fi was very fast, no connection issues anywhere.

I was excited to stay at this hotel since it was brand new. I was not let down. The service was warm and welcoming from the the checkin to the pool, to the service staff. The staff went out of their way to greet me, strike a conversation, ask how I was doing, and take interest in my stay. The restaurant was excellent. The pool was really nice and big for Bangkok. I was given multiple towels, and the service was attentive. Small things like anticipating where I was going and callign the elevator for me, from opening the door. I will definitely come back again. I already extended my stay one time based on my first reservation. The hotel is also centrally located. They are building a foot bridge to the BTS and lots of updates and improvements to the surrounding area were going on at the time of my stay. Many new restaurants are coming to the market area that is attached to the hotel that I can't wait to visit. I wish the staff good luck on the opening. I will be back.

I think the hotel was one of the best that we ever stayed. everything was good. the food was great the breakfast was great the room was wonderful and nice location too.
