Nice Place - Needs Improvement in a Few Key Areas
Very happy with the hotel overall, the location and the excellent breakfast. On the negative side: I need to work from my room and the internet was very slow at times, my TV never had good reception (regular, long complete drop outs) and I called twice but no one ever showed up to address the issue even though they said they would send someone (not a big deal as I wasn't here to watch TV but still, would have been nice in my down time), the one of theelevators broke 3 times during my stay which meant VERY long waits
