Not Great
Well…for starters we arrived and were left waiting to check in when I requested an early check in. All of our requests were ignored as to pillows, high level, etc. There are no vending machines and I found this to be problematic as I was purchasing drinks from the restaurant/bar all evening. No one was wearing a uniform and you couldn’t tell whom was an employee v guest. Waiting for one hour for a room as the girl at the front advised she just arrived and was wait for the manager to set up yet at 4pm I finally get my room key and the staff was walking out of the room and I was on level 5. View was of a dark alley and again, not what we expected or requested. The only plus was Ray at the restaurant/bar, he was fantastic!
