The property itself was pretty nice. I only needed somewhere to sleep and picked a spot I could easily afford...only to find that my price more than doubled with the property fees. You advertised a price, right next to other places who's advertised prices were actual prices...yours wasn't. Disappointed.

Parking is terrible, super duper terrible! The apartment was clean and mostly quiet until the construction outside began. TVs are a puzzle , shades let too much light in the morning. Blackouts would be great in the bedrooms. I wished one of the showers in our 2 bedroom place was a walk-in for me as I am old and the step out of the tub was a little much for me. Great beds! Wonderful coffee shop in the building and that restaurant, the Wylder, also in the building. Wow, great pizza and drinks. And Boise brewery next door. Tuesdays are $2.50 beer! I hope this shows I was 99.9% very happy in this spacious 2 bedroom apartment. I'll be back!
