Arrived in London to find that the suite I booked was not available due to "maintenance issues" and that I had been upgraded to another unit. After negotiating a different suite closer to the tube station, I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent suite, close to everything, quiet (apart from weekend noise from the Jazz Cafe below). Super happy with the security to the building and everything the area had to offer. Communication with the office was quick once we were situated. They even made sure we had enough coffee pods waiting for us! I will honestly book this location again in the future. GREAT suite, comfortable beds, cleaned prior to our arrival. I wasnt aware of a book of local information which was tucked into a drawer in the entertainment centre, which I wish I'd found or knew about, but likely this was the fault of the cleaners. Close to the local Sainsbury's, tons of restaurants, and the tube station made it so we could hop into the west end and back in under 15 minutes most days!! LOVED IT.

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location, 5 min walk from all that Camden has to offer. Be prepared for the deposit though..they want an extra £300 off you for your stay. If you give them a debit card that money won’t come out of your account but will show as pending fir 5 days. This threw us enormously and we were worried to spend any of it in case it did come out. It meant we had to be more careful during our weekend break. Apart from that, we had a fantastic weekend

Do not stay here!
The worst stay ever! Awful. Just the worst. I am convinced anyone that has reviewed this in a positive light is affiliated with the apartment. After charging us £40 extra for cleaning (in small print), it was filthy. Customer service just abysmal! Collecting keys consisted of heading to the admin office, then walking to the apartment, then whilst on my way there the European lady from the admin office called and told me I’d have to walk approximately 1.5 miles round trip to a random, dodgy convenience shop (it was not convenient). This was with a seven week old child strapped to my front and two large suitcases, which the admin lady had witnessed. The bottom half of the apartment had a smell of damp/mould. When we complained they refused to move or refund us. They did offer to send a handyman round. Funnily enough the man who fixes odd jobs couldn’t sort out the smell. As a result both myself and two children got sick. Worst of all though, once we had checked in an employer entered the apartment without our permission or any notification to ourselves, whilst my wife was breastfeeding our newborn. Trespassing. Wife naked, and mortified. Agency and Hotel.com did nothing about this.

Couldn't have expected better!!!
My experience with this Camden apartment was awesome! TBH, it went far beyond my expectation! The location is more than great and is super close to various must-visit spots (Camden Lock/Market, London Zoo, Regent's Park, etc.), restos/pubs/clubs/super markets! The apartment itself is chic, modern, clean and comfortable. Its raised patio is def. a plus! Besides, if you wanna savor the typical feel of a local London apartment, this is it! Loved it! Felt so much like home! ---- The only catch (if I need to be critical) could be 1) its slow house wifi, and 2) one shower drain (the one down the hallway) was sort of clogged up.

Great location in Camden
Great location - right next to a big grocery store, a coffee shop, and restaurants to get the day started. Then it's less than a 5 min walk to the train station. At night noise was not an issue at all. Make sure you contact them 48 hours prior to check-in - I forgot to do this but thankfully they were able to accommodate us quickly! Highly recommended!
