Very nice stay!
Amazing room, clean, modern. We had water and a few cookies for free. No front-desk but we did our check in and check out in an hotel close by, very quick and easy. The location is great, walkable distance to San Marco place and very convenient to go from or to the airport by boat (2nd stop). The air conditionning is set to very cold when you leave the room. I would have preferred to be able to regulate it.

The terrace on the roof of our room was absolutely fantastic. The only annoying part of the stay was that the check in is in another hotel called hotel ca d’oro (I think?). But when I called the staff they were super nice and helpful.

Great stay, nice and new room, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. As the hotel warned us, we went to Ca d' Oro for our check in and someone showed us to our room in a building 3 minutes away. Definitely recommend as it was central enough and the room looked like it was recently built/refurbished.

We were really dissapointed that it was so noisy. We didn't have one good nights sleep. Someone above us (residential we were told on checkout ) was walking around all night long and one night had the tv on loud most of the night. Room was lovely and in a lovely area, just so disappointed we didn't get a good nights sleep at night after such busy days sight seeing and walking.
