Nice but not worth the prices
The hotel decor was very well put together and the location is excellent. However, I felt like they cheaped out on some things. 1. The towels and bath robe were rough and you can tell they’ve been used and bleach a million times 2. The soaps are also not that nice 3. They charge your $50 an hour for late check out. I’ve never been charged for that before 4. Don’t bother calling the desk, they won’t answer

Not bad...but not great for the price.
I would recommend staying a different hotel for the overall price. It's not a bad hotel but they are pricing themselves above average when I had just an average experience.

Pretty Instagram fodder but poor function.
This place is really beautiful, but I feel overall they focused on style over functionality. The building is very beautiful and in very good condition. The rooms are small but livable. The bathrooms are nice and big. The thing that kept me from rating higher are the functional oversights that I expect from a hotel. For example, there is no coffee in the room. Only limited tea options and a number of other drinks which are an additional charge. Coffee is sold at the restaurant downstairs. You have to remove all the items from the refrigerator in order to use it. Our dinner leftovers barely fit and I had to restock everything back in the fridge before checking out. Another major oversight is the lighting. Getting ready in the bathroom was extremely difficult due to the very poor lighting. There is also no surface to put anything on the bathroom- using hairdryers and makeup difficult to use. The bed was very comfortable but the temperature control seemed more of a suggestion. The room got no cooler than 75 degrees despite setting it much lower. Luckily there are good drapes because all the rooms look directly into one another, we felt we needed to draw them closed for privacy, which paired with the poor lighting, added to the issues getting dressed in the dark. Overall I’m glad we stayed here due to the location, comfort of the bed, and the posh environment. However, we may stay elsewhere next time. If you are more focused on Instagram-ability however, this is the place!

Steve & Jenny Anniversary
Celebrated our wedding anniversary and chose this hotel over many others. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. The staff were great the restaurant next door was outstanding. This is a place where you do not need a rental car as you can walk everywhere. They Boutique Hotel get 5 stars from me.

Exceptional 10.0
The hotel was clean with professional service. The unique feel and look of the hotel was great and I would go back. Great location right by Pike Street Market. The only knock I have is the lack of complimentary breakfast offered in the morning given the price per night. Other than that, wonderful staff with a wonderful feel.
