Modern, clean and comfortable
Modern, clean, and comfortable. Location is just a few blocks from the metro station. There is an Oxxo convenience store next door. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Our room was clean with modern amenities. Bed was comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very Good 8.0
New with the worst elevaators I have seen
It is a new hotel in a very good area for working an also for leisure. Breakfast is just good because it simple and the same every day. The big trouble is elevators, only two, wrong operated, it is real... you may wait 15 or more at rush hours. If you have a fligth or meeting, think it twice because you have to keep it on mind....

Excellent stay in Providencia
Amazing hotel. The whole building is really new, the room was very clean and modern. Staff is very kind and the breakfast was great. There are 2 subway stations really close. Also you can find restaurants and everything else you need within a 10 minute walk

Exceptional 10.0
Great economy hotel
Great value for the price. The room was small like a European hotel. Modern design with some minor flaws (doorknob pinches your finger, shower tray does not drain well enough and easily overflows). Our main issue was lack of AC our first day due to a citywide blackout earlier that day — it was nightmarishly hot in the room. They did not charge for our minibar drinks for that night (without us asking for that or other compensation) — this is a nice attentive touch. Most staff was bilingual, front desk always ready with English speaking staff. Breakfast is really good and a great value when added to the room. Not much variety from day to day but I would not have complained even if we stayed for several more days or paid twice the price. Location is good, not in immediate vicinity of any attraction, rather in walking distance to most. Check out the fish restaurant across the street (A Bellet #35) for a truly unique experience if you are ready for an adventure and like seafood) - it stays open late like midnightish even if it does not seem so.
