Roaches
BEWARE of roaches. We just returned from a 2 night stay. When we got to the room (960) there was a dead roach next to the nightstand and the chairs and carpet looked to be stained. I (foolishly) thought it was a fluke and unpacked our stuff. A short time later while eating a late dinner on the table a roach ran across the table from behind the tv. At this point we immediately packed up. I showed the roach to the manager, who seemed unsurprised by the discovery and gave us another room. I was told Icould not get a refund due to having booked through a third party. I was offered less than a nights worth of points which I wont be using as I have lost faith in Marriott.

There were no coffee cups in the room I get up early and no one was answering the phone. PArking isn't greatr $48 a night. but the manager gave me some free stuff. So maybe another stay. Only because the gym is good.

Staff are very kind! Room service is excellent! Location is very convenient. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is fantastic. Highly recommend it. Rooms are very clean.

The room was terrible. Just next to the elevator. Every time is opens you hear. You sneeze some one hears…. Very noisy. Was our wedding anniversary… when I booked, I requested a beautiful king bed. Was so uncomfortable.
