mal servicio del hotel no me aceptaron reserva
mi experiencia ha sido la mas mala de todos mis viajes tanto en colombia como en el exterior hice la reserva y fui y me dijeron que no tenia reserva de hoteles.com, que hoteles.com no lo conocían en este hotel me toco salir a buscar hotel por todo apartado al punto de que casi me quedo sin hotel para el hospedaje

Una porquería de servicio
Hola el hotel dijo q ellos habian cancelado la reserva y ustedes jamás me notificaron a mi, asi q pesimo servicio de hotel y pesimo servicio de ustedes en hotels.com como empresa.
