Other than check in we had a fantastic stay and I’d recommend. The hotel is very up market, comfortable rooms etc. The pool was great and my two under 5s enjoyed playing. There is a pool bar and there were pool side parties on two days we stayed - if this would bother you then not for you! We were fine and enjoyed the atmosphere. Breakfast was advertised as “light” but it was more than adequate. Great location for walking the city. Check in was unclear, we arrived early, not expecting our room to be ready but it was unclear how long the room would be and no one helped us with what to do with bags, children etc. in the interim.
