Absolutely horrible experience. We were told we could drop off our luggage in the morning, but the front desk refused to accept the luggage. The desk in charge of corporate housing and overnight stays was unattended until 10am. We waited for 2 hours at Whole Foods to drop off our luggage. The individual at the desk was unapologetic and explained we were given wrong information by the logistics company, Global Luxury Suites. Upon checking in there were no toiletries (soap/shampoo), so we used dish soap given we were in a rush to make an appointment. When we asked for toiletries at the front desk on our way out they told us there were none available and we would need to purchase. Ummm for $450/night there was no soap or shampoo? These were delivered some time during the evening after we purchased toiletries as suggested. So in summary we wasted a trip to the hotel to drop off luggage despite not being able to, we had to buy our own toiletries, and there was no wifi information provided. No refunds were offered, but we received an apology by email. Awesome.

    Would definitely stay here again!
It was literally brand new and hip, perfect for our weekend in Boston. 345 Harrison is a new complex with leased apartments so it wasn't a typical hotel setting. We liked feeling more a part of the local scene and not so commercialized or congested. Whole Foods and a new fav italian restaurant called Mezzana's across the street. Also walkable to the Opera House, "Hamilton". So we really liked the location. Nice bed, bath and linens, kitchen, table.... Only downside was amenities were for those staying a week or more and the front desk people were nice, but not knowledgeable about the area and don't come in til 10 a. We were on our own as if we lived there which turned out to be perfect for us.

Nice apartment - not clear nstructions
Apartment was nice, felt like instructions weren't very clear. Listing on didn't talk about gym access, having to take out trash, clean dishes, etc. Location is ok- there are 2 causal restaurants and a Whole Foods across the street.
