Very Good8.0
The place was lovely. Overall I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to others. The only hiccup was the service. Nothing super problematic (in my opinion), but left much to be desired. In all honestly, I wasn't expecting a front desk with 24hr concierge service. When traveling on business, I find it sometimes easier to go it on your own. If there is such service, however, I expect it to be a positive addition - helping things run a bit more smoothly and ideally helping me feel a teensy bit more comfortable. Sadly, neither of these came to pass; if anything the service resulted in the quite the opposite outcome. that said, I want to reiterate that everything else was just awesome!

I loved this hotel/apartment style. Super clean, chic and in a great area! I'd definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay
BlueBird was one of the most modern accommodations I have seen. The check-in process was seamless and the staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and included all of the essentials and more - including a toothbrush for those that forget to pack their toiletries such as myself. I would be happy to stay here again during my next trip to Boston.

Great place!
This place is like an apartment, not a "hotel"-so no daily maid service or hotel desk-but also more affordable when we stayed. The desk is not manned at all hours but when it was, we had a questions twice and the guy was very helpful. The place looked brand new as well. Very modern finishes, nothing fancy but very clean. We liked that it had full size washer/dryer in the unit since we were in town for 10 days. We did empty our trash but it is just in the hallway by the elevators so not a big deal but we were told you did not have to clean since they charged a cleaning fee. We did receive a couple of emails ahead of time but I just made one phone call to confirm some personal info and then did one email with some information and that was about it, really wasn't a big deal. Location was very good in terms of still being close to all the major downtown sights and with decent weather, you can certainly get to many of them by walking, UBER was fairly cheap when we wanted to hit the North End usually only costing us about $8. There is Whole Foods across the street that has hot food bar for breakfast/lunch/dinner and a brand new CVS right below. Several nice bars/restaurants within 1 to 3 blocks. Seems like a up and coming area and always felt safe with lots of people around each night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Accidentally entered wrong date... was one day off! I called immediately and it took 3 days to get it switched. They have a non refundable non Changable policy. Up charged me and added a $75 service fee. All this after being stuck in phone tracks trying to reach somebody! Then... there is no parking, but I suppose that is to be expected in a downtown setting. The place was amazing inside... but wait there’s more! They provided me with an envelope with a key and a letter... the letter which I did not read until I was having coffee before check out... indicates I needed to clean the place, take out the trash, don’t leave any dishes in the sink or dishwasher, take out the trash!!! My wife literally asked if we needed to strip the beds down and wash the sheets! This struck me really odd because we had asked for an early check in and were told no, can’t check in until after 4pm. But you clean the room yourself... and check out is 11? Here is the kicker... I agreed to a $49 up charge and found not only a $73 up charge but also both days are charged on my card so I spent a good amount of drive tine in the phone system again yesterday and am waiting to hear back from them today! Although the apartment was nice... it was no where worth the hassle!
