The hotel is nice and staffs at the front desk are very welcoming and friendly. Other staffs are not so nice, the rooms are quite spacious and unlike most hotels, the pictures match what you get and the facilities work. The floors however could use some cleaning. Since they used dark wood for flooring you can’t easily tell it’s dirty but if walk around barefoot for 3mins, your feet gets so dirty. Overall, the hotel is nice. It could pass for a 4-star hotel

Hidden Gem
The hotel is a hidden gem. I recommend it. Clean and modern. Nice staff. Nice amenities. The negative is the breakfast is poor. Also Hotels.com said breakfast for 2. However hotel made us pay for one saying that Hotels.com made a mistake. Another is the towels. They give you only 1 towel for a room of 2. I had to request several times before getting additional towel and no soap or toiletries. Besides these minor headaches everything else worked fine. Still a pretty good hotel and will stay there again. Cheers.
