Very enjoyable stay
Whilst it’s not the easiest place to find, with just a small plaque at the entrance, it’s ideally located. A small quirky/authentic cage lift takes you up to reception. Our room was spacious, in great condition, with a large comfortable bed, desk & chair, large TV & a mini bar. The shower in the bathroom was a little small, but the bathroom was spacious overall. Great views from the room over the Piazza. Some noise as you would expect from being on a busy piazza, although a small price to pay for the great views & location. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a great stay! It’s a little confusing to get to but great otherwise! One thing, it states as an amenity that there is laundry but it is not on the premises, we had to go to a laundromat. In case that’s important to you!

Nice location for walking eating getting tour busses .. Entertaining view of the piazza .. busy roads !! Very nice clean room!!. Friendly cleaning staff Netflix in English too. Only drawback Wifi was weak. Bumped off often .. had to sit near our room door closest to the check in desk to get best connection ..

Anastasia at the front desk was so lazy. She couldn’t help us move our bags to the lift. She was very unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. Linda the cleaning lady was very nice and helpful. She should have a bigger role.

A great little spot
The room was very comfortable and clean, and the TV and AC were both modern and easy to use. Bonus points for having Netflix! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. Definitely recommend! Only confusion was that it’s on the 4th floor of the building, not a lot of signage to indicate that.
