Slept well
The remodeling looks beautiful. It was very hard to find because they were repaving the parking lot and it was blocked off. The bed was super comfortable.

Don’t judge by location!
Hotel is gorgeous inside and staff is very friendly. Don’t judge by the strip mall you have to go through to get there. Great breakfast. Small fitness room. Guest room was beautiful and very comfortable.

Roaches! This place is falling apart fast.
Where do I even start with this place? The hotel is in a really weird and sort of sketchy spot with tight cramped parking with huge potholes all over the place, and the few spots that are covered have huge leaks streaming down onto the cars and sidewalk so it does no good. The woman checking me in had no idea what she was doing and took forever. The lock for the side door to the hotel was busted so it provided no security whatsoever. Now to the worst stuff. The place was apparently built just six months ago, and yet I found a roach in our room! Not surprising, given that they must have used the absolute cheapest materials and labor possible to build the place. The lobby looks modern and great, but in the rooms you see the truth. A lot of stuff is half finished, unfinished edges of tile and drywall just stick out in weird places, caulk is just globbed and streaked around in the shower, the towel racks are hot-glued to the walls with big blobs of glue just hanging from them and even from the spokes that the towels go on. The walls are also paper thin, I was awoken at 3am to a normal-volume conversation in the hallway and I heard another man taking a wizz next-door in the morning. This is already a roach hotel, and in six more months I’m guessing it will be a one star rating. I have pictures of everything including the roaches, but the system must be glitching and isn’t letting me upload them right now.
