Check in was easy. The shower had hot water and good pressure. Beds were comfortable with extra linens. The Wifi did not work. The bathmats were dirty. And there was no power for the fridge, or the bathroom - the lights and hairdryer did not work.

Not at all happy.
We arrived to find the motel was closed for the season. We ended scrambling to find another place to stay. How can you rent out rooms at a motel that is not open? We are extremely upset. After being on the road more than 10 hours we arrived cold, tired and wet from the rain to find an empty parking lot and completely dark motel. We tried to call as recommended but found that message when we were almost to Sydney and it connected to an answering service that did not call back. I guess they will get the message next summer when they open.

The room was extremely cold the heat wasn’t on. There was no coffee pot, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. There was no information book/binder with amenities/restaurants/wifi password/etc. there was no staff on site after 9:30pm and no staff when I left at 8am no complementary breakfast as mentioned on the website and at check-in.
