Awesome Key West Stay
We had a group of 6 and rented the Sweet Caroline unit. It was very spacious with 2 bedrooms with king beds and a pullout couch in the living room. It has 2.5 baths which was perfect for a group of 6. Full kitchen and dining room. The common area outside has a spool, grill and patio furniture. This unit comes with a parking spot which is very hard to come by. We rented a golf cart for a couple days from a place a block away (very convenient). The location is perfect!!! One block off Duval, 3 blocks away from Simonton Beach, a couple blocks from Mallory Square, a grocery store just 2 blocks away, it's located in a great spot! The staff were great, they gave a complimentary call when we first arrived to make sure everything was ok, and the cleaning crew were very accommodating when we needed more towels, coffee, etc. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit Key West!

The house and location were perfect! The location is a few blocks from Everything! The only downside was the noise! Being close to everything, means that there are people on the streets outside the bedroom very late most nights. But otherwise, it was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Banana's Foster Guesthouse. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Not alot of room, but we were only there pretty much to shower and sleep. Cost was expensive but most all places in Key West are expensive. Plus we booked last minute so were pleased to be able to even get a place to stay that was so well located. Parking lot right next door for $20/night was convenient. Enjoyed the small hot tub. When requested more coffee it was delivered right to our room while we were out enjoying the sights. Location was perfect. Within easy walking distance to Duval Street and Mallory Square. Overall, a great place to stay.

This is a great spot to stay. Conveniently off Duval St so it’s quiet but walking distance to everything. No need for a car when you can use the trolley rent bikes and other transportation daily if required.... very clean place I may add!

I really wanted to give this place a good rating!
If you are looking for a property within close proximity to everything and that can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably then this place is it. However, for the price this property needs a lot of work! Flooring is in very poor condition and there are open gaps between some of the flooring and baseboards . Toilet in master bathroom is not secured to the floor and lifts right up. Additionally, They apparently allow pets which is perfectly ok but they should post rules. Our neighbor’s dog made a mess in front of our back door and no one cleaned it up except us when we almost stepped on it.
