Great location

Reading a lot of reviews about The Fairwind, there is a lot of comments about how loud it is. That is accurate. The music in the middle street level dining area is very loud. It really didn't bother me. It's South Beach. It's the vibe. But it is loud so that others know. I found the service unusually friendly and accommodating (for Miami). I was very impressed. The valet parking was efficient and convenient. The room was comfortable and spacious. I slept well. Great water pressure. I was hoping to have more privacy with my outdoor space, but as my room was on the ground floor, that wasn't the case. The location in South Beach is the best thing. Lots to do and see within walking distance. Very safe area.
