Not the most flattering room, entrance, accessibility, lobby, etc. kind man who helped us. But it was so odd, didn’t see anyone else there. Room was massive and open, but not my ideal type of hotel room. I’m sure for many they like this type of place, but for me I need more of a real hotel look and feel and energy.

A very nice experience at this hotel. The room was wonderful, very high beautifully decorated ceilings, nice breakfast, and extremely friendly, helpful staff. We had no problems with noise, all was quiet. Bathroom was good, everything was clean and well cared for. The location was perfect right by the river, easy walking to everything in Florence. We would love to stay again. Our room faced the river, looked out over the garden.

This hotel is a real gem. We loved our stay here. Super clean, wonderful service, good breakfast, all in an historic palazzo. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked for one night and begged to stay 2 additional nights because our experience was that AMAZING! Beautiful, spacious rooms, recently renovated were more than we expected. The staff at the desk AND those serving breakfast were simply 10 out of 10! A++ Recommended
