    Great Stay.
This hotel was nice. I went right in the middle of this corona madness so it was dead. Not a lot of people or activities available, but the service was very nice & friendly. The rooms were clean (good & cold) & had everything I needed to relax.

    Clean and comfy
Quick, brief, one night stay while passing through town. The front desk person was a little hard to read but she eventually came around to jokes and having fun during this stressful coronavirus time.

    Poor 2.0
The hotel was the most disgusting place I’ve been to in my whole life. I’ve stayed in many shady motels and none were as bad as this place. The room was not clean. We immediately requested to come re-wipe down surfaces. We went down to their restaurant in the hotel because anything else nearby didn’t seem appealing. The food was meh and service wasn’t so great. They even gave themselves a hefty tip since we had a large party. We enjoyed playing in the arcade despite half of the machines being down. With everyone freaking out about cleanliness this place wasn’t concerned a single bit. The elevators made awful noises and were all super dirty. The carpet on the stairs leading into the lobby looked like they never get touched with a vacuum or steam cleaner. Once we returned to our room it didn’t look like they wiped down much. We used our handy wipes to clean up a bit and the amount of dirt removed from just those in the bathroom was enormous. We pulled back the blankets to discover some extra dirt particles and even a big brown streak. Something that looked like blood on the pillow also. We stripped the beds and requested more bedding and pillow cases. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The tub had clearly been resurfaced ten years ago and had peeling paint and cracks. The hotel staff didn’t seem to care and even charged an extra resort fee. Which the stay wasn’t worth the money and the conditions of the room didn’t warrant a charge in the first place.Stay at Holiday Inn.

    Poor 2.0
When I first made it they put us in room 209 & my water wasn’t getting hot so called front desk & they moved us to room 707 & water still wasn’t getting hot. I called front desk back & they said they didn’t know what was going on . My family & I was able to take a shower before we left!

    Poor 2.0
Terrible! The lady at the front was very disrespectful and unhelpful. Had reserved a room 4-5 hours before I went to check in. All the rooms were already taken. They should close this place down.

    Dont stay here
Check in took forever because the lady at the desk was busy complaining about her job the whole time, and teying to mukti task too many things. oom was dirty, halls were dirty, elevator was dirty... thank goodness the bathroom was clean. Nowhere to get any food or breakfast. Everytime we asked they told us it was closed. The staff also let us know that management wont hire housekeeping and gives the work out to other staff members because they dont want to hire anyone, so the rooms arent really cleaned to the standard they are supposed to be.

Customer service was not good. We booked a parlour room (2 double beds & sofa bed) but upon arrival at 4:30pm we were informed our room was not ready and housekeeping could not be reached. Showers were lukewarm not hot as expected. Restaurant & arcade portion was nice

After reading the other reviews I was kind of anxious but I had a great time. Staff was friendly. The restaurant was excellent with wonderful service. I would come back again.
