The shower was incredible. Worth the price and the trip right there. It was THAT good. And the room was clean, mattress firm and comfy, fridge, coffee maker...all terrific. Location was right in the heart of Madrid. Wandered around the 500 year-old Plaza Mayor at all hours.

The receptionist Giancracomo is very helpful and accommodating. The rest of the staff is very nice too. The only thing missing on the unit is paper towel. Also it would be helpful if there are instructions in operating appliances, thermostat and maybe an English TV channels like CNN or BBC.

Friendly staff Great location Spacious room The only thing is there is nobody at front desk in certain time (late night to morning, I checked out around 8:00 am), I didn’t need to call a taxi nor have any questions, but if that’s the case, i might have a trouble as I didn’t have a phone to call. I have an access to e-mail, but it doesn’t work for emergency.

This hotel was very clean. I even found a cleaning woman washing down the stainless steel elevator with ammonia. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room provided my wife what we needed. Great location

Nice, modern apartment style room. This allowed enough room for 2 and also make breakfast with mini kitchen. Nice location to Plaza Mayor and metro. Nice system for late check in.
