Grand Bahia Principe Aquamarine - All Inclusive - Adults Only, Punta Cana

No longer for couples. The once tranquil Aquamarine is a spring break style resort where groups battle at the pool with selfie sticks, inflatables and bluetooth speakers. The pools are dirty, with wildlife swimming on them at night. Buffet was an open air furnace with poor quality food and wild cats roaming between guests. The staff are still by far and away the best thing at this resort and unfortunately now it's only redeeming feature.

It’s a beautiful hotel complex with lots of things to do. The food and service was simply the best experience I’ve had in an all inclusive holiday.

This is a nice resort with many facilities and good service that allow you to have fun and enjoy a real good vacations.

Everything was great. Employees are very friendly and helpful. The food in the buffet was good. The Gourmet restaurant didn’t like it too much. The waiters at the pool were always going around and asking if we needed anything. Quintino at the pool bar was excelente!! Great place to relax

Food was awful and always cold. Never did we have anyone who can speak English to put in our order. I highly recommended you no the Spanish language or have google translate ready. Hotel was alright nothing very impressive about it. Plus side was there was transportation to get from place to place. 19 total restaurants but we were only allowed to book at 3 of them since the rest were “Full” I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for couples. We will definitely take our next experience at the Majestic.
