Bad experience
The check in process was messy and the hotel/agency made a mistake and there were problems with my reservation. The hotel alarm was also constantly going off, when I asked the staff - they claimed that smoke sensors were going off frequently and there was little they could do about it. The hotel is also in a very noisy area and there is heavy people and road traffic, so getting a good night's sleep will be a challenge.

It was good overall. The interior of the hotel’s multi-story lobby is very loud, louder than outside noises. I found this to be the worst aspect of my stay. They should try some sound-dampening textiles, because it’s all hard surfaces and even quiet talking and chair moving is audible from inside the rooms with the door closed. Other than that it was good for the price and extremely well located.

Club RX Reforma
Overall the hotel is not bad. Staff was excellent. Location was great. But the noise. There’s a club located right next to the property and you can hear it. I was on the 3rd floor and I heard everything and I’m not a light sleeper. It’s a shame because I would give it a 10/10 if it weren’t from all of that music and base.

Nice Place for the Money
The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. They do clean the room daily and freshen the linens. Do make sure you as for a room with a window! The bathrooms are very modern and open! Not much privacy. My only complaint is the girl at the receptionist desk. She is extremely unfriendly and demanding.

Comfortable and great location!
The hotel was in a great area! Blocks from zona rosa, tons of restaurants, bars and the Angel of Independence was viewable from my room balcony. Beds were comfortable able, not luxurious at all but meets all of your basic needs. Breakfast was delicious. Pics of stay below.

Exceptional 10.0
Great place. Got the panoramic suite. The only downfall is the place is right next to a club and the music wouldn’t stop until like 4am. Doesn’t happen every night, but it did happen on Friday and Saturday night.
