Modern and very clean apartment. Bed was comfortable. Handy to have a kitchen but due to its size mainly useful tea/coffee and breakfast. It was a 15min walk to Queenstown. Or you can catch the bus on Frankton rd. Use the Gocard (its cheaper). Air con was very useful as the glass windows made room very hot. A bit noisy due to high volume of new guest arrivals daily.

Some one hit our rental car in the parking lot - clearly cameras everywhere yet the hotel would not check for us. Mix up in the room we were sent photos of was not the actual room we rented we were so squished we had to leave our suitcases in the hallway . property comes with a bath yet I could not find the plug anywhere called property manager they said they had no idea . Over all crap communication and support and tiny dated room

Well set up but small apartment
All features were clean, worked and in good condition. There is nothing in the area for eating or supermarkets, need to walk 20 minutes into Queenstown. The apartment has a microwave, sink, kettle, fridge and plates and cutlery and washing machine and dryer. The apartment is the size of a hotel room - to eat you need to sit on the bed, to watch TV you need to sit on the bed.
