Amazing hotel in a great location!
We travel worldwide for work and tourism, and this was one of our favorite hotels to stay at! We really appreciated how the hotel catered to travelers on a budget, but still felt luxurious. Staff were friendly but unobtrusive. Rooms were small, but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Blackout curtains helped us sleep, though unfortunately the street below could get a little noisy. Our view made up for the noise, however! Overall, we were very satisfied and would stay here again.

Great location, very clean room, and fun space
CitizenM is in an excellent location - near central station and practically in the heart of CBD. The checkin and checkout processes are fantastically easy. Very short stay - only one night, but enjoyed a quiet night of sleep after exploring Copenhagen. Will stay here again.

"Mod"/Friendly/Fun/ Location/ and so Comfortable
Loved the 7th floor lounge. Greeting was prompt, welcoming, informative, and friendly. We appreciated being able to select our room/view. Room was fun, ( we took quite some time to find the perfect "mood lighting," learning all the ipad controls,) most incredibly comfortable bed ever, mod clean room, "rain" shower delightful (with said mood lighting), room had just enough space; (Travel light.) Great location; enjoyed watching the flow of bike traffic below and seeing the clock tower. Before our day got off and later in the evening, we actually hung out awhile in the 7th floor lounge: breakfast is wonderful, and beer/cocktails later are all great, while feeling the other guests are having as much fun as we were. Quite a communal atmosphere not often found in other hotel lounges. And, I was afraid of once again being the oldest one, but no, all ages and countries were about.
