    Top condition & service.. but location ok

    Front desk service was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was in a very good condition and clean. Nothing to complain about if you need something close to Monash Uni but not much else nearby.

    Close to Monash university and hospital. Very quiet at night. Rooms very spacious. Car parking on site. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cafe less than 5 mins walk for breakfast. Would have been good to have satellite TV in the room.

    The door in the shower is not sealed when closed. Water is sometimes spilled. Rubber could be attached to the surrounding of the door to prevent water spillage. Car park should have reserved markings so that bays are not misused. Emma is very helpful and hardworking. A clock can be added in the gym. Drinks and cookies provided at the reception is very yummy. New and clean facilities in the room.

    All great - very good room, new and with kitchen, large fridge and everything that is needed. There is a free coffee machine in the foyer which is a well received touch - and they don't gouge you getting a can of drink from the vending machine. Hotel is not on a high street, but perfectly good when you are driving and easy parking just around the back. Apparently you can request a reserved spot underneath - but outside was perfectly fine. (only suggestion is to ask the property manager to build a path from the back parking across the garden. all in all - spot on

    This is a new hotel (as of Dec. 2019) and everything is new, which is very pleasant. It's in the middle of an industrial park. So it's difficult to find things (like food, etc.). It's a good place for business travelers visiting companies nearby. That was OK for me as I was there for a conference at Monash University (20 minutes away on foot). But not so great for leisure travelers.
