Clean and comfortable studio in perfect location
The location is amazing. There are a lot of restaurant and pasteis options within 3 small blocks, including the tram to Belém. The room was more of a studio apartment than a hotel room. I realize that this is a personal hangup, but I sometimes avoid apartment hotels because it feels like I am staying in another person's house. Also, I typically do not plan on doing any cooking when there are so many great food options around. This place was very clean, and I did not feel uncomfortable and all. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with directions.

Very central, very friendly, very large rooms well equipped. No hotel amenities such as a lounge or bar or restaurant etc but as a large and clean room in the center of the city just perfect

Great hotel in wonderful location!
We loved the Altis Prata. The 24-hour check-in was so helpful when we arrived from Boston early. They have a lounge where you can change and relax for a bit. One thing to keep in mind, you only get 15 minutes of hot water so plan your showers accordingly.

Fantastic hotel!
Such a great hotel! The service was amazing. If you needed anything, they were right on it. They were so kind as well. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable (which is so hard to find in hotels). The fully equipped kitchen was great. We got freshly baked bread and Nespresso each day. Amazing! I would definitely stay here again.
