The staff, BB and Enrique, were very helpful and friendly, wonderful breakfast... cocktails on the top deck and a private sun lounge area on the very top 'flybridge'.... this is one of the most tranquil places in Venice with quick access to the Gardini/Bianale center... highly recommend.
